Tieu-Bich Nguyen, CFA, Senior Vice President, Partner, and Fixed Income Credit Analyst, is involved in portfolio management and securities analysis. As a fixed income credit analyst specializing in emerging markets, Bich participates in the ongoing bond review process, determining where to invest within the emerging markets corporate universe and assessing the creditworthiness of individual issues within the sector. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 1999, Bich was a research analyst with Baring Asset Management in US high yield (1996 —1997), and later in emerging markets debt (1997 — 1999). Bich was also a research assistant in the Indochina Program at the Harvard Institute for International Development (1990 —1992). Bich received both her AM in East Asia regional studies (1995) and her AB in European history (1989) from Harvard University. Additionally, Bich holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
