Board of Directors

The Fixed Income Analysts Society is managed by a board of directors who are elected by the membership at an annual meeting held in June. FIASI’s Board of Directors includes the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and at least four Members-at-Large; one of whom is typically the immediate past President. Click here to see the board member requirements. Interested members are encouraged to advise the Board of Directors through participation in committees. Current committees include Programming (organizing Speaker Series events including the Hall of Fame), Membership (assist in the recruitment of new members and the retention of current members), Marketing (to assist with publicity and postings on social media), and Governance/Nominating (to help vet prospective board members and stay up to date on legal matters).
