Eric Rothfeld

Eric Rothfeld is a Managing Director in Fitch Ratings commercial mortgage department. Eric has been with the rating agency for more than 18 years and is responsible for analyzing a variety of CMBS transactions including conduit, fusion, large loan, credit tenant lease, and small balance commercial transactions. Eric is also involved in Fitchs criteria development and market research efforts. Eric oversees a team of twelve analysts in Fitchs CMBS department in New York.

Eric earned a BA in economics from Columbia University in New York City.
