Eric Neglia

Eric Neglia is a Managing Director within the consumer ABS group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency. Eric is responsible for leading rating engagements, developing rating methodologies, producing research reports and performing analysis for new ABS transactions secured by subprime auto loans and leases, unsecured consumer loans, solar loans, small business loans and timeshare loans. Eric has over 20 years of structured finance and risk management experience. Prior to joining KBRA, Neglia was head of operational risk management at MasterCard Worldwide. He spent over 11 years performing in-depth credit analysis, underwriting ABS securitizations and modeling structured finance cashflows while a Director at MBIA Insurance Corporation. Eric holds an MBA in Finance from NYU.
