Diana Glassman is Director-Engagement at EOS at Federated Hermes, which engages directors and senior executives on behalf of 50+ institutional investor clients, primarily pension funds, with over $1.4 trillion in assets under advice on strategy, capital allocation and sustainability issues that impact long term financial value. Diana looks after the oil & gas and technology sectors, as well as board effectiveness and DEI & innovation across sectors. She also leads engagement with some of the worlds largest financial institutions. Diana chairs Federated Hermes Limiteds Community for All initiative and its employee networks.
Diana is also an independent director of Helix Energy Solutions Group (NYSE: HLX), which facilitates the offshore energy transition to create value. She serves on its audit and governance committees. To governance, Diana brings senior strategy consultant, executive and institutional investor perspective in public and private markets. She has extensive professional experience in energy transition, merger integration and employee engagement including at TD Bank, Credit Suisse, PwC and a private equity firm. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree (Biology) at Yale University, an MPA (International Development) at Harvard Kennedy School, and an MBA at Harvard Business School. She also holds an NACD Directorship Certification through the National Association of Corporate Directors.
