Daniel Ballesta Quintana

Daniel Ballesta Quintana is the Senior Director of Sustainable Debt, leading the transaction component of debt conversions  at The Nature Conservancy that have mobilized more than 1bn in capital for marine and terrestrial conservation efforts over the last 5 years. Recently, he led the development, execution, and implementation of the debt conversions for the Ecuadorian Amazon and The Bahamas. Prior to The Nature Conservancy, Daniel worked in capital markets at Santander Bank, occupying different roles in trading, portfolio management, and strategy. Daniel is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
