Baylor Lancaster-Samuel

Baylor Lancaster-Samuel is CIO of Amerant Investments, a dually registered broker-dealer and RIA headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. In her role, Baylor oversees top-of-the-house communication and asset strategy. Her day-to-day activities include client communication of macro views, RIA/broker training, and managing a team of investment professionals. Baylor also acts as portfolio manager for RNTA, Amerant Investments’ inaugural UCITS ETF, which invests in Latin American corporate bonds. Baylor has over two decades of experience, primarily in fixed income investing, in a variety of roles, and is a frequent contributor to Bloomberg news and television. Baylor also serves on the Programming Committee for the Fixed Income Analysts Society (FIASI) and is a member of 100 Women in Finance.  Baylor has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
