Sustainable Finance in Fixed Income 2025:  Navigating and advancing sustainable finance in a changing political, economic and technological landscape

The current state of sustainable finance will be explored during a day-long conference with a particular focus on fixed income. Through a series of talks and panel discussions, the following areas will be explored:

Agenda

• Resilience and opportunity:  What are the macro and micro risks, challenges and opportunities in the light of the US presidential election results.
• Innovations in sustainable debt instruments and markets for climate finance:  Achieving scale.
• AI and other financial technologies to advance sustainable finance:  The plusses and minuses.
• Private-credit market’s role in advancing the climate agenda.

During the conference, the winners of the 5th Annual Student Research Competition on Sustainable Finance in Fixed Income will be announced.  The competition is sponsored by FIASI and the Fordham University’s Center for Research in Contemporary Finance and the O’Shea Center for Credit Analysis.
