Justina Gallegos is the former Biden-Harris White House Deputy Director of Science and Technology Policy, where she led the inaugural team focused on industrial policy implementation for clean energy deployment, biomanufacturing, and semiconductor manufacturing and R&D. She previously served as the White House National Economic Council Climate Finance Senior Advisor, as an official in the Obama Treasury Department, and was a venture capital investor. Gallegos received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and her BA from Middlebury College.
