Diane Vazza

DIANE VAZZA currently serves on the Boards of Directors for a couple of private equity firms and heads a portfolio company.

She volunteers on Fixed Income Analysts Society’s Board of Directors, is past President and pioneered the development and the chaired the inaugural Women in Fixed Income (WiFI) conferences in New York City and Boston. She twice chaired FIASI’s Hall of Fame event and chaired the membership committee devising initiatives that led to a record level of over 300 members where it has been sustained. Along with several Board members comprising the Strategy Committee, she re-imagined FIASI’s mission, updated the organization’s charter and re-invigorated the committee structure to promote organic board membership.

Diane’s Wall Street career spans leadership roles at S&P Global, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Citibank, Comptroller of the Currency and Chase. Credit named Diane one of the top women globally in credit and fixed income.

Her volunteer work also includes her service as an EMT in her community.
