Timothy M. Doyle, JD

Tim Doyle is a public policy and legal expert with over two decades of experience across sustainability, corporate governance, energy, environmental policy, risk management, and the federal legislative and regulatory process.

He is the Founder and Principal of Doyle Strategies, LLC and the co-Founder and President of the Responsible Business Initiative (RBI), a bipartisan organization focused on bridging the gap in corporate governance and ESG-related issues. In addition to his leadership roles, Tim serves as a senior policy advisor for Centerline Liberties a Washington, D.C.-based 501(c)(3) think tank.

Previously, Tim was a senior policy advisor at the Bipartisan Policy Center, where he spearheaded the corporate governance and ESG program. Before that, he served as Vice President of Policy and General Counsel at the American Council for Capital Formation. His experience also includes time on Capitol Hill, where he worked as senior counsel and staff director for two different U.S. House Committees.

Tim began his career as a prosecuting attorney in Michigan. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from Michigan State University and is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia and Michigan.
