Stanislas Rouyer

Stanislas Rouyer is a member of the Credit Practices Group – Fundamental Ratings, at Morningstar DBRS, based in New York. He currently leads the Fundamental Methodology Development Group.

Before joining Morningstar DBRS in 2023, Stanislas worked at Moody’s Investors Service as a bank, REIT, non-bank finance and insurance analyst before leading a team of analysts covering global reinsurers and monoline insurers and then heading Moody’s global credit research for corporates and financial institutions.  He co-authored leading credit research on climate change and on the risk-transforming effect of securitization.

Stanislas holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University in New York. He holds a certificate in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
