Rachael Camargo, CFA

Rachael Camargo is a Senior Index Sales Executive at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), who operates the world’s largest stock exchange and a leader in fixed income and data services. She grows the index and data services business lines through strong partnerships with the world’s largest asset managers, wealth management and sell side firms.

Prior to joining ICE, Rachael was an Executive Director, Global Index Product team at MSCI. She implemented and drove strategic and tactical plans collaborating with clients globally to deliver innovative index solutions. Rachael served as a Bloomberg MSCI steering committee member.

Previously, Rachael was a Senior Vice President at HSBC Private Bank. Citywire recognized her in the “Top 30: The First 15 Offshore Gatekeepers and Power Players Revealed” for chairing mutual fund committee and leading new offerings with 250+ funds across 28 fund families. As a named Sustainability Leader, she pioneered new equity and green bond portfolios and designated as the ambassador for the Climate Business Council and Global and US sustainability forums.

Previously, she held multiple positions at Voya Investment Management (formerly ING). Embedded within several investment committees alongside Chief Investment Officers and Portfolio Managers, she represented and launched new products across multi-asset, fixed income, equities, and alternatives.

Rachael graduated with an MBA from New York University and a BFA summa cum laude from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a CFA charterholder and holds the CFA Certificate for ESG Investing.
